Trimurthi Temple in Tirunavaya, Kerala

There are 3 temples dedicated to Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva on either sides of the Bharatapuzha river.

Vishnu Temple

The most popular among them is the Vishnu temple locally known as Mukunda temple. Ancestor worship is a very important ritual here. This temple is one of the 108 Divya Desams for Lord Vishnu.

Shiva Temple

Truppangottu Shiva Temple is located 4 Kms from Tirunavaya and the Brahma Temple is also nearby on the other side of the river.

Brahma Temple

Brahma Temple was built by the great parasurama but it is now in a bad state. Visitors must visit all the 3 temples to get the full blessings.
