Kali temple of Vietnam

A very popular temple for Goddess Kali or Mariamman (in Tamil language) is located in Saigon(Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam. It is 200 years old. It is a traditional temple in the built in the Tamil Architecture style.During the wars and bombings, several people were saved miraculously by getting into this temple.So, it is considered as very powerful and visited by several Vietnamese,Chinese and locals. The temple receives good support from the government. This region is believed to be the kingdom of Champa and this civilization was following a variation of Hinduism in those days.
